This includes a new, cleaner website built on more modern architecture, and a simple, intuitive interface to help customers find the exact information they’re looking for quickly. Launching along with the website is our prober industry News blog, which is what you’re reading right now! Check back here regularly for news and updates on MarTek and the semiconductor industry as a whole.
Along with news and industry updates, this blog will also host instructional videos and how-to’s, such as: how to planarize the chucktop, perform a voltage check on the fuseblock, change external communication settings and product settings on the EG 2001, explanation of what each board does inside the drawers, etc. Expect a growing resource of information available at your fingertips over the coming months.
In addition, MarTek is launching it’s new presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube! These social hubs provide an exciting new way to interact with the company and the prober service industry experts working here. Look for announcements in the semiconductor industry condensed to those feeds.
With our new web interface, news blog, instructional videos, and social media presence, we also have many exciting updates planned for the future! This includes a Mandarin Chinese language option for our website and a parts store with web-cart checkout that MarTek has already in development.
